Web Banking
Web Banking and Online Bill Pay are safe, secure and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can access all of your Capital Bank accounts, view balances and transactions, pay bills, pay people and more from the convenience of your home or office. You may also open new accounts on our website or apply for a consumer loan, mortgage or home equity loan.
Mobile Banking
Have the convenience and security of banking anytime, anywhere! Mobile Banking is a free* service that allows you to securely check your account balances, view recent transactions, transfer funds between Capital Bank accounts and pay bills. All you need is a cell phone with internet access!
If you are a Web Banking user, and would like to enroll in mobile banking, simply log in to Web Banking, visit the 'Options' section and complete the requested information in the Mobile Banking area. After enrolling, you will receive a text message containing the link to access mobile banking. Each time you log in to Mobile Banking, you will also receive a new text message. Don't delete it! The message you receive each time you log in contains the link you will need to use to log on the next time.
*Your cell phone provider may charge additional fees for web access or text messaging, depending on your plan
Bill Payment
Oh, and about online bill pay... it's easy to set up and use, and it's free! Save envelope stuffing, postage, and aggravation.

Plus, be sure to try out our Pay People service, which allows you to easily and securely send money to anyone, no matter where they bank! You only need the recipient's mobile phone number or email address, and payments are typically received within one business day.* If you are already enrolled in Web Banking and Bill Pay, just click the Pay People tab in Bill Pay to get started, or click here to view a demo of the service.
