Primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include processing financial transactions, opening and renewing deposit accounts, providing excellent customer service, research and service customer questions in a timely manner and cross-sell Capital Bank products and services. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with 3+ years of banking experience, possesses a minimum of a 2-year college degree, and has a working knowledge of PC’s, word processing and Excel spreadsheets.
