Primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include processing financial transactions, opening and renewing deposit accounts, providing excellent customer service, research and service customer questions in a timely manner and cross-sell Capital Bank products and services. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with 3+ years of banking experience, possesses a minimum of a 2-year college degree, and has a working knowledge of PC’s, word processing and Excel spreadsheets. The successful candidate will have an Associates Degree and 5+ years of banking experience, relationship management skills. Business Development Officer SUMMARY OF DETAILS Primary responsibility is to identify and develop new retail and commercial relationships, achieving established loan and deposit goals, while ensuring customer satisfaction by responding promptly to all inquiries and requests. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of commercial sales experience, must be able to analyze financial data in order to make sound financial decisions, and possess relationship management skills. Commercial Underwriter / Credit Analyst SUMMARY OF DETAILS Primary responsibility is to analyze commercial credit risk for business customers, maintain a high standard of credit portfolio quality, experienced in reviewing business financial statements to determine credit worthiness.
